ECF Headers on PDFs

Include headers when displaying PDF documents

Each court has an option to display header information on submitted PDF files. The content, color, and location of the header is determined by the court. The displayed PDF is a copy of the original PDF file so the original file is never modified.

The "Include headers" option is disabled if you check the "Create Appendix" option (described below) since headers are always included in an Appendix.
