Yes. The following fee changes will go into effect on October 17, 2005

Chapter 7 filing fees:
Increase from $209 to $274
Increase Motion to Reopen from $155 to $220

Chapter 11 filing fees:
Increase from $839 to $1039
Increase Motion to Reopen from $800 to $1000

Chapter 13 filing fees:
Decrease from $194 to $189
Decrease Motion to Reopen from $155 to $150

ECF will be taken down at midnight Sunday October 16, 2005 to allow court staff to upgrade the system. It will be up again sometime on Monday October 17, 2005.

Anyone using bankruptcy preparation software which interfaces with the case upload system will need to contact their software vendor to obtain an update for version 2.7, and plan to install the update on or after October 17. Case upload files prepared for use with the current case upload system will be rejected by the new version of the system.
