- “Prior filing within last 8 years” field added

- Addresses can be 5 lines, 40 characters each
Claims Register/Transfer of Claims
- Any related claim activity from docket now appears on Claims Register (History)
- Hyperlink now provided from Query screen to Claims Register
- New extension number for amendments; amended dollar amounts overwrite original claim amount
- Name of user who entered claim & filer type displayed on Claims Register
- Notices of Electronic Claims Filing include link to Claims Register & accessible from Claims Register
- Transfers of claims appears on Claims Register - ownership change (transferee) shown as the owner of claim on Claims Register
E-mail Edit Notification
Notices of Electronic Filing can be automatically generated through certain editing functions to alert attorneys/trustees of edit(s) made.
Electronic Claim Filing
New functionality allows large creditors to electronically batch and file claims, transfer claims, and, if the court allows, amend claims. A pilot program with four courts and the IRS is underway. See the PACER vendor page and stay tuned for additional information.
Public Access Enhancements
- Allows filer to remove the association between the current PACER login and the filer login
- Docket Activity Report now accessible through the Internet-attorneys can filter for just cases to which they are linked.
Miscellaneous
- Duplicate docket entries will be prohibited when a user accidentally clicks “submit” twice.
- Attorney selections now displays role type of party whom attorney represents rather than attorney’s person identification number.
- Role types display above the party on the caption of the Docket Report
