Ensuring Proper E-mail Notification
HIGHLIGHTS
Creating an Attorney-Client Relationship in CM/ECF:
- Your first appearance will require you to create an association. The screen will read:
- Check the box to create the association which identifies you as the attorney of record.
- This insures proper e-mail notification

- Plaintiff’s attorney must select themselves as the attorney for the plaintiff by
