Changes to Judicial Assignment of Chapter 13 Cases

HIGHLIGHTS

Beginning June 1, 2007, Judge Utschig will be administering all NEW Northern Chapter 13 cases. The following counties will be affected by the change: Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Iron, Jackson, Juneau, LaCrosse, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Price, Rusk, St. Croix, Sawyer, Taylor, Trempealeau, Vernon and Washburn.

Judge Utschig will continue to administer Chapter 13 cases in the following counties: Lincoln, Marathon, Onieda, Portage, Vilas and Wood.

Judge Martin will continue to administer Northern Chapter 13 cases assigned to him prior to June 1st and Chapter 13 cases in the following counties: Adams, Columbia, Crawford, Dane, Grant, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Lafayette, Richland, Rock and Sauk
