Amended Schedules Requirements
HIGHLIGHTS
If Schedule A, B, D, E, F, I, or J is amended
- Then an Amended Summary of Schedules is required as it captures important statistical information for reporting purposes.
If creditors are added or deleted
- Then the following are required:
- $26.00 filing fee
- Matrix supplement (listing only new creditors)
- Proof of Service (showing service of amendment)
NEW (May 2007): If the amount or classification of a debt is changing
- Then a $26.00 filing fee will be required.
When docketing Amended Schedules/Statements/Summary, ask yourself these questions:
- Do the amended schedules include nondischargeable debt?
- Have the creditors been added or deleted?
- Important Note: This is the TOTAL amount for the schedule, not just the amended amount. The cumulative total for each amended schedule will be reflected on the Amended Summary of Schedules.
- Dollar amounts from each of the amended schedules will need to be entered into ECF
