- PART B: REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENT- Now includes a line for the creditor's name
- PART C: CERTIFICATION BY DEBTOR'S ATTORNEY- The first paragraph is now checked for you. (To comply with 11 U.S.C. §524(c)(3))
Please be sure to download the updated form and complete Parts A through E when you submit a Reaffirmation Agreement to the court.
