Tips for Filing Pleadings Electronically
HIGHLIGHTS
- Review the ECF welcome page for any important messages
- Review the Court’s website for any important updates
- Read the electronic screens as you are docketing your pleadings for further instruction
- Include the proper caption on all pleadings that are filed
- Include the proper signatures or signature designators as prescribed by the Administrative Procedures (pg 6 of the pdf, section D)
